Some things you can do to get your home ready to be shown and sold:

· Organize any closets and storage areas that will be seen

· Clutter- let’s get it all put away and out of sight

· Make anything in view, neat

· Vacuum all window treatments and drapes. Make sure to vacuum any corners that are out of sight

· Shine up any fixtures; hardware and mirrors throughout your home

· Tackle any minor maintenance needed such as missing molding, leaky faucet etc. These things will eventually be noticed and possibly asked to be taken care of

· Inspect bathrooms and tile walls for missing grout
