With over a decade of financial experience and international exposure that has taken her around the world, JoAnn Rivera brings a well rounded and deep understanding of what it takes to stay a step ahead in today’s dynamic real estate market. After studying for 36 months stints in Hong Kong and Singapore respectively, JoAnn returned to the states with a job on the emerging markets desk at the bank BNP Paribas. Three years later she joined the brokerage firm Bear Stearns & Co., where she worked with a group that controlled $1 billion plus in assets. With extensive expertise of global and local markets ranging from equities, fixed income to housing, JoAnn, pursued a career in real estate eager to provide her clients and customers with the skills and perspective that go unmatched in the industry today.

While her credentials speak for themselves, her passion and valued relationships with her clients and customers is what truly sets her apart. In addition to being Series 7 and Series 63 licensed, JoAnn is bilingual in English and Spanish and also maintains a life insurance license. Happily married for ten years and currently reside in Staten Island, New York .
